My kitchen sink was totally blocked. I called early this morning, Brian answered. He's very friendly and extremely accommodating. He wiggled some scheduling around and Noah was here in about an hour. I found Noah very professional and didn't seem to mind me warching and my rapid fire questions! He was here for 45 minutes including adjusting the float in one of my toilets! I have used BRs for both a new AC unit, a broken pump on the furnace/AC and a gas fireplace repair. Big & small jobs..always very professional & friendly on the phone, service appointments are scheduled promptly and the jobs are always completed thoroughly, yet honestly. Call them first !!! I had a leaking kitchen faucet emergency. They were quick to return my call and were kind enough to walk me through a quick fix until they could come. We had our furnace and two gas fire places serviced by Troy October 16th. Troy was accompanied by a young man that was a co-op student. We were so impressed by Troy, not only for the work he did, but his patience explaining and showing the student and also having him get involved in the inspections and what to look for.
